Probation Report For Chris BrownAccording to sources it was another probation report and court hearing for the singing sensation Chris Brown. According to other cources the judge commended Chris Brown for working hard to complete his probation for last year’s attack on then girlfriend Rihanna.

Los Angeles Superior court judge Patricia Schnegg sad the rap singer has completed roughly 73 of 180 days of community service and is almost finished with his required domestic violence counseling.

One of thousands of probationers, no one has done a better or more consistent job than you have and I really want to commend you for taking responsibility for actually working diligently to complete all the things the court has required of you the judge spoke to Chris Brown during the brief hearing. Brown is serving five years of probation after pleading guilty last year to assaulting Rihanna in a rented sports car after an awards party.

The judge has required Brown to perform physical labor, such as graffiti removal or roadside cleanup duties. She is allowing his work to be done n his home state of Virginia, but she requires the actor and singer to return to court frequently for progress reports. He is gratified and working hard to live up to everyone’s expectations. He is thankful for all his fans that are standing behind him and know that his reputation will be okay once he has proven that he will own up to his mistakes and do whatever it takes to gain the trust that everyone lost in him. To Chris, his fans are his entire world and he cares what they think of him.

T.I Sued Over Welcome Back ConcertAccording to sources a concert promoter who planned a welcome back party to celebrate the rapper’s release from jail is suing him for failing to show up for the party. The lawsuit was filed in Alabama this week. He claims he paid T. I’s agents more than fifty thousand dollars to appear at the May concert, but the performer was a no show.

There were reports to other sources that the rapper was suffering from chest pains, nausea, emotional distress and other problems which in turn prevented the singing sensation from appearing at the party as expected. The claim was that the rapper wasn’t well enough to appear. There is a chance that the rapper will in fact be going back to jail for failing to do everything that the judge had required of him to do. And in addition if he does there is a chance he could get out in a lesser amount of time instead of serving the entire eleven month sentence. This of course is totally up to the judge.

A judge in Atlanta last week ordered the grammy winning rap artist back to prison for eleven months for violating his supervised release on federal weapons charges. An attorney who was representing T.I wasn’t available for any type of comment. This is an ongoing story so be sure to check back for any updates about the rapper and what is happening with him.

Although there isn’t a lot of information about the star there are other rumors that the jail time is not legitimate and only here say. However, if a judge in Atlanta ordered him back to jail then this is probably something that has a bit of truth to it.

Lindsay Lohan Back In CourtAccording to sources Lindsay Lohan is returning to familiar territory a criminal court to face a judge who could send her back to jail or rehab for a failed drug test.

Los Angeles superior court will determine whether the star violated her probation with the drug test in September. If the actress admits the results are accurate as she has already done publicly then the judge could return her to jail or order her to remain in an inpatient rehab program. Judge Fox had been expecting Lohan to arrive at court directly from jail, where he ordered her to be held on September 24th, after a brief hearing. Within hours another judge had overturned his ruling and the starlet was released on bail.

The following week, a person close to the actress told sources Lohan entered rehab for the fifth time. The source spoke on condition of being anonymous because of the sensitivity of the issue. This hearing will be Lohan’s fifth appearance since May, when she ran into trouble with her probation on a three year old drug and drunken driving case.

If Lohan is sentenced to jail, she will be subject to early release due to jail overcrowding. When a judge sentenced her to three months in jail in July. She served only fourteen days. She spent eighty four minutes at the jail in 2007 before being released due to overcrowding once again. Many people believe that Lohan should do her time in jail just as any other criminal that has been caught with drugs and doing things in a criminal way. Although the starlet has been given a simple slap on the wrist several times. This has essentially made the actress lose some of her loyal followers as they believe she got off way to easy. Only time will tell what will happen this time when she appears in court.

According to sources a decision has finally been made about who was going to replace Simon. Jennifer Lopez had been in talks with the producers and apparently got what she asked for.

Now, Jennifer is reportedly officially headed to the American Idol judges table. According to sources the singer and actress has signed on for a seat at the judges table following the departures of three other judges. In addition, Jennifer Lopez which reportedly broke down over the star’s initial demands and they are worth twelve million dollars. She is very excited about becoming one of the judges for the American Idol Show.

Although the show hasn’t officially announced all of the judges who will be sitting at the judges table for the next season, it is no secret now that we know a few of those who will be there. This show has sparked a lot of talent for rising stars and also given the right criticism for those who needed that special touch. However, there was no one more critical as Simon and regardless of the outcome in the judging arena he will be missed this season.

Some individuals believe he made the show however everyone knows that one man doesn’t make the show it takes an entire cast as well as the contestants that are on the show as well. Win or lose they do their absolute best for the judges and then hope for the best. Who do you think the judges should have been or did it really matter to you?

According to sources a former bodyguard sued Britney Spears on Wednesday, saying that he was repeatedly subjected to repeated and unwanted sexual advances and harassment. Fernando Flores filed the sexual harassment lawsuit in Los Angeles, alleging the singer intentionally inflicted emotional distress. He is seeking unspecified damages from the singer and former employer Advanced Security Concepts Corp. The lawsuit claims that Spears, among other things, exposed herself to Flores and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked.

The bodyguard’s employment with Spears seemed to be brief his court filings stated he started working for her in February and ended in July. Flores lawsuit also includes that Britney Spears engaged in inappropriate conduct around her young sons. The singer remains under court ordered conservatorship has prevented Spears from being deposed or testifying during previous cases in which she was sued. She is now twenty eight years old and still has frequent visits with her sons, who she had with her ex husband. He has not sought any changes to their custody arrangement in recent months.

Spears has essentially had a lot of woes and problems in the past being in and out of mental hospitals and under medical treatment however, recently she has been doing well and is under the care of her father. Her personal and financial affairs are all under her father’s care. This is something she should think about and the courts will recognize as well. As for the outcome of this lawsuit no one knows how the courts will rule however Britney hasn’t commented on the allegations either. Sources tried to contact the security company and Spears but both were unavailable for comment from anyone.

According to sources Quentin Tarantino is calling the Venice Film festival lineup one of the most widest, awesome, and cool lineup he has ever seen. Tarantino heads the jury that will judge at least 22 films from eleven countries, plus one surprise film to be announced next week, for the golden Lion.

The director of Inglorious Basterds and Kill Bill should know about the festival lineups. This isn’t his first jury. In fact, the director admitted to hosting his own private festivals, essentially lining up fifteen DVDs and judging himself which was the best, sort of like an unofficial Tarantino film fest of his own. But Tarantino said to sources that even though he knows and really admires a lot of the directors competing for the top prize, he has no problem separating the director, even a friend, from the work.

In essence, he gives a critical read to every film he sees and noted that it is his job to do so. It is his job as a film fan. He is a critic. Of the Venice lineup he believes it is one of the wildest, and awesome eclectic lineups. In some ways he feels it is all over the map, and he finds this very exciting.

The festival opens Wednesday and it closes next week with the adaptation of Shakespeare’s the Tempest. The Golden Lion will be awarded September the 11th of this year. This of course is nothing short of being a great honor to achieve and with critics like Quentin the odds of winning are definitely close and the films must be very good.

According to sources the judge that is watching over Chris Brown’s probation for beating his ex-girlfriend claimed Chris was doing well and to keep doing his community service as required. The judge did not raise any issues about Brown’s progress during the hearing. The judge only commented that Chris was doing a really good job. Chris Brown didn’t say a word during the entire hearing. The judge has only received positive reports on Chris and was glad to see he was doing what he was supposed to do; and doing good at his domestic violence counseling program. The judge didn’t have any negative reports about the matter against Brown and this was a good thing for his rebuilding of his reputation.

His attorneys said at the hearing in May that Chris Brown had almost done three hundred hours of community work. The singer was sentenced last year to five years probation and six months of community service for assaulting his girlfriend in February of 2009 after a pre grammy awards party. His girlfriend at that time was the singing sensation Rihanna. He is sorry for what he did and willing to pay for his mistake.

Chris Brown is known for his music, lyrics and his fabulous dancing abilities. He has been doing his best to work on repairing his public image since the beating and the public finding out about his anger problem. He has been doing well and continues to walk the straight line. He wants his fans that were dedicated to him and his music to continue, and he wants to continue singing and dancing for his fans as well.

According to sources Jennifer Lopez has been tapped as the newest judge on the television show American Idol. That is, according to some online reports.

Deadline was the first to report about the newest addition to the Idol judges panel noting that negotiations have been going on for over a month to bring Jennifer on board, after her manager initiated the meeting with Idol Producers.

The news came in just as Ellen announced she was leaving the show after just one season as a judge. She announced that she let Fox producers know that this wasn’t something she felt right doing and she was leaving the show. Of course this leaves them in another bind looking for two judges instead of one. Simon Cowell left the show as well. So, is Jennifer the right choice to replace Ellen? The producers seem to think so. She has talent and a musical background so she knows all about auditions and so forth.

As of now, Jennifer will be joining the other judges as the fourth judge. She will join them for season ten at least. That much we do know. After that it could be uncertain. One thing is positive the show is having an awful time trying to find additional judges for the show and still have come up empty. The show really needs five judges on the panel, the way it began in the first place. However, they can get by with only four judges on the panel.

The possibility does remain too, that the television producers could return to a three judge format. A formal announcement is expected to come by Fox at their television critics panel on Monday.

Although it hasn’t been official Fox is still on the hunt for the replacement of Simon Cowell. However, there have been rumors and speculation for several candidates. Two of them were recently revealed. Chris Isaak and Harry Connick Jr.

Chris has met with Fox twice so far and the singer whose list of past television credits also includes his own sitcom known by many viewers as the Chris Isaak Show. Which was on show time.

According to other sources the network has also met and considered Harry Connick Jr. The network is obviously still on the lookout for the right candidate for the position. Harry served as a mentor on the show’s latest season and even earned credit from the ever knowing Simon Cowell. To Simon, he claims that it wouldn’t surprise him one bit if they did choose Harry because of his background and the face that he was a good mentor and he also knows a lot about music. The Fox network is utilizing the backgrounds of the people they are deliberating over and amazingly there are several people who have voiced their opinion of wanting the position and want to be considered as well.

In addition, there have been others who have been recognized although they have all been turned down and the network continues to search for the right person for the job. No one really knows who will be the replacement for Simon although it doesn’t help a lot when Simon is now doing the X factor show. This also airs on Fox. In essence, whoever does make the cut and gets the position will join the Idol in September for Season ten. They are already doing auditions for the show and the show will return in January. This doesn’t give Fox very much more time to find another judge for the panel.

Prosecutors Want Wesley Snipes In Jail

Sources say that prosecutors in Florida have asked a judge to revoke the appeal bond of movie star Wesley Snipes. They want him in jail.

They want an order from the judge stating that Wesley Snipes must surrender and begin serving a three year sentence because he willfully failed to file income tax returns. However an appeals court decided that Wesley Snipes had received a fair trial and sentence. The motion was filed on Wednesday in federal court in Ocala.

Wesley Snipes now 47, was granted an appellate bond. This allowed him to remain free after a 36 month sentence was imposed on him through the U.S district Judge. He had tax related and lapsed misdemeanor convictions.

If the judge decides to revoke this bail then Wesley Snipes is looking at three years in jail and that is exactly what the prosecutors are looking for. It doesn’t seem right to go after him after he was sentenced and already given the appellate bond which allows him to stay free. If he is paying the tax related problems and issues off then it doesn’t seem logical for him to go to jail, unless of course he is not cooperating. If he is doing everything they ask of him why put him in jail now?

There was no comment from Snipes or his attorney and they couldn’t be reached for any type of comment on the matter. The prosecutors are still waiting for an answer from the judge. If the judge grants the request and the appeal bond is revoked the star will probably go to jail.
