According to sources Corey Haim has died. The Los Angeles county Coroner office confirmed the actor Corey Haim died around two in the morning. The Los Angeles police department said they received a call from the hospital before four in the morning confirming the actors death.

He was transported from a residence to the hospital. Sources say he died from a drug overdose. Haim was best know for his movies in the 80’s including Lost boys, License to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream.

He recently starred with Corey Feldman in an A&E reality show, The Two Coreys. Haim was only 38. He had many fans and people that watched him grow up on television. And in his movies. Its uncertain as to what really happened to cause his death but when drugs are involved its usually fatal. He was a down to earth type guy according to his friends and he could’ve picked up the phone and called any one of them if he had wanted too. They don’t understand as with his many fans.

It hasn’t been called a suicide as of yet, however the coroner’s report hasn’t been completely done.

According to Corey Haim’s friends they didn’t see any problems that would make him want to harm himself although he was the quiet type. They did mention that he would be missed and that 38 wasn’t very old. He was an inspiring actor for many others who were moving up in the acting industry. His family and friends would appreciate some privacy too. Although Corey had just done a reality show that was the last of his acting to date and now this; there are so many young stars dying it is unreal. And as stated above this hasn’t been considered a suicide yet, but we will have to see what the coroner’s complete report and the police report actually reveals.
