According to sources the judge that denied her bail and took her into custody to go back to jail for violating her probation could be free as early as tonight. The actress was given a three hundred thousand bail fee and then she will be a free person once again. And it never fails, they don’t have to pay for things that they do; don’t you agree? The decision was the result of one of her attorneys filing a petition challenging the decision of the court and obviously won his plea.

Honestly, people are not finding anything amazing anymore when it comes to Lindsay Lohan and spending time in jail or rehab. She simply gets a slap on the wrist and she is back to doing whatever she wants to do. Although she was ordered to do this and that once again we all know that this isn’t the first time she has easily gotten out of trouble.

What is bothering her fans, of whom I used to be one is the fact that she doesn’t play by the rules. And when she breaks the rules it never fails she gets out of the consequences. She wouldn’t be in her circumstances half the time if she would just grow up and be a citizen that doesn’t do illegal things.

However, the actress was ordered to once again wear a bracelet and ordered not to go to places where there is alcohol or drugs and the list goes on. Actually it was practically the same list when she first got into trouble. There are those of us wondering what she has to do before the judicial system will actually stand up and say NO MORE! Going out partying and getting drunk and getting behind the wheel of a car perhaps and killing someone? Or maybe taking the same drugs that she failed her drug test with and doing them with minors. Some individuals are furious about the courts decision and ruling. She needs to be behind bars or in a rehab facility however just being a free woman is totally out of context and not right whatsoever.

According to sources Naomi claimed she received a gift of dirty looking stones after first meeting former Liberian president Charles Taylor, she told a war crimes tribunal today, in a testimony that prosecutors hope will lend weight to allegations that the former warlord traded in conflict diamonds.

Giving evidence before the special court essentially for Sierra Leone, the tribunal set up the Hague to put Taylor in the dock, Naomi Campbell only confirmed that she had in fact accepted the stones, believed to actually be diamonds in September of 1997.

When originally asked about the alleged gift, the supermodel didn’t have anything to say about them, walking of a TV set this year and telling journalists she had no desire to even be associated with a man she considered to have done some awful and terrible things.

Although today, appearing as a very reluctant witness under subpoena, Naomi Campbell told the court that she did indeed get a visit from some men she had never met before. They delivered a small pouch of jewels to her room. She was a guest in Nelson Mandela’s house in South Africa, she had just attended a charity dinner with guests who included her former agent Carole White, the US actor Mia Farrow, and Taylor himself. She wasn’t sure what he was really up to or why.

During a 90 minute court session she told the judge everything she could about that night. A session that went from farce and forensic inquisition, the 40 year old insisted that she knew nothing and never had a private conversation with the at the time president. Not only had she not known about his reputation, she said, she had never heard of Liberia, and had never heard the term blood diamonds. She claimed she had no idea what was going on the entire time.

Prosecutors Want Wesley Snipes In Jail

Sources say that prosecutors in Florida have asked a judge to revoke the appeal bond of movie star Wesley Snipes. They want him in jail.

They want an order from the judge stating that Wesley Snipes must surrender and begin serving a three year sentence because he willfully failed to file income tax returns. However an appeals court decided that Wesley Snipes had received a fair trial and sentence. The motion was filed on Wednesday in federal court in Ocala.

Wesley Snipes now 47, was granted an appellate bond. This allowed him to remain free after a 36 month sentence was imposed on him through the U.S district Judge. He had tax related and lapsed misdemeanor convictions.

If the judge decides to revoke this bail then Wesley Snipes is looking at three years in jail and that is exactly what the prosecutors are looking for. It doesn’t seem right to go after him after he was sentenced and already given the appellate bond which allows him to stay free. If he is paying the tax related problems and issues off then it doesn’t seem logical for him to go to jail, unless of course he is not cooperating. If he is doing everything they ask of him why put him in jail now?

There was no comment from Snipes or his attorney and they couldn’t be reached for any type of comment on the matter. The prosecutors are still waiting for an answer from the judge. If the judge grants the request and the appeal bond is revoked the star will probably go to jail.

According to sources Conrad Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of the pop king Michael Jackson. After for so long it seems like old news but now it can put some closure to the Jackson family. Conrad Murray was expecting to be charged for the death of Michael Jackson.

Now, maybe justice will be served and that will be the end of it. Although Conrad Murray showed remorse and said he told the truth, the icon died suddenly last summer and now the world knows the truth. Although members of the Jackson family were present at the court house they were only there for justice and not to start any type of scene.

The complaint only stated that Michael Jackson was complaining of not being able to sleep and the doctor gave him medication that he shouldn’t have. It was illegal to do in the surroundings that he was in as the doctor well knew. It was the type of medication for hospital environments and not homes.

When the doctor arrived at the courthouse and walked past a crowd one person did yell murderer, however there were no other real outbursts or comments. The personal physician of Michael Jackson did call 911 however it was too late. The doctor had given him propofol and this type of medication lowers the blood pressure and slows breathing as well as the heart rate. This is a drug where the patient should be well monitored at all times and never left unattended at all.
