Reports are New Line Cinema has released the poster for New Year’s Eve, upcoming to theaters on December 9th. It will be directed by Garry Marshall.
The cast includes Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin,Chris Bridges, Robert De Niro, and Seth Meyers among others. New Year’s Eve focuses on love, hope forgiveness, and to second chances along with fresh starts. All being mixed together and told on the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.
This comedy and romance will have you laughing throughout the film as well as being heart touching. This film is going to be phenomenal.

According to sources Juno Temple is going to take the title role in Dirty Girl. This is the story about the dirty of Norman High School in Norman, Oklahoma in 1987. When Danielle’s misbehavior gets her banished to a remedial class, she is paired on a parenting project with Clarke an innocent closet case with no friends.
This is a film that will be released on October 7th, 2011. It is being released by The Weinstein Company. The comedy is going to be hilarious. It is literally rated R for sexual content and graphic nudity. You will be laughing throughout the entire film.
Danielle is determined to get to California to find the father she’s never met , and Clarke desperate to escape from military school. Together the mismatched duo head out for California, and discover each other and themselves through a funny friendship. It is starring Juno Temple, Milla Jovovich, William Macy, Mary Steenburgen, Dwight Yoakam, and Jeremy Dozier. It you like a comedy this is a must see film for you.

Lionsgate Acquires Friends With Kids Film
It has been reported that Lionsgate has received the distribution rights to the film “Friends With Kids.” This is a romantic comedy and a daring ensemble comedy about a close group of friends who at that moment in life when children arrive and everything changes. The last two singles in the group of friends observe the effect that kids have had on their friends relationships and wonder if there is a better way. So, they decide to have a baby together but they will date other people. This is a film where the release date is to be announced. This comedy will have you on the edge of your seat in laughter.
It is starring Adam Scott, Jennifer Jon Hamm, Megan Fox, Kristin Wiig, Edward Burns, Mary Rudolph, and Chris O’Dowd. It is directed by Jennifer Westfeldt.

George Clooney Joins The Descendants
George Clooney joins the film directed by Alexander Payne, the creator of the film “Sideways”. However, “The Descendants” can be hilarious and sometimes almost tragic for Matt King, played by George Clooney. Indifferent husband and father of two girls, who is forced to re-examine his past and take charge of his future when his wife has a boating accident off of Waikiki. This tragedy leads to other events that also lead to rapprochement with his young daughters while Matt wrestles with things he must face. The decision to sell the family’s land handed down from Hawaiian royalty and missionaries or attempt to keep it. The film stars George Clooney, Shailene Woodley, Beau Bridges, Robert Forster, Judy Greer, Matthew Lillard, Nick Krause, Amara Miller, Mary Birdsong, and Patricia Hastie.
The comedy found in this film is phenomenal with the essence of actually being a drama. The outcome is really good. It you like dramas this would be a good film for you. The “Descendants” will be in theaters November 18th, 2011.

Goon Trailer Online Now
The international trailer for the film Goon can be seen via the Internet now. Magnolia Pictures announced today that they have taken US rights to the comedy film. Scheduled to be released by Magnet releasing in 2012, and directed by Michael Dowse.
“Goon” is the story of Doug Glatt a dumb but really loveable bar bouncer taken from obscurity to be the enforcer of a minor league hockey team. In the world of great sports comedies Goon delivers some hilarious laughs for bone crunching action all in one. This film is starring Sean William Scott, Jay Baruchel, Alison Pill, and Marc Grondin. This movie is a fun filled way to make sports funny. You have to see it to believe it. A phenomenal comedy mixture of sports and laughter that will keep you in suspense. You will be trying to guess what is about to happen next! It is just one of those films that will essentially have you mesmerized and laughing throughout the entire film.

2012 Oscars To Be Hosted By Eddie Murphy
He has played cops, pet doctors, a talking animated donkey, and a Nutty Professor. But Eddie Murphy has just lined up his highest honored profile role date yet. He is hosting the 2012 Oscars.
On Tuesday, the Academy confirmed that the actor would be pulling hosting duty at the Oscars during the February 26th, 2012 ceremony. Eddie Murphy told sources he was excited about being the host and honored that he was chosen. There have been several top actors who have hosted the Oscars and now Eddie says this is something else he can add to his list of things done in his career. It is going to be enjoyable, and he has promised to keep it family oriented. The ceremony will be held at the Kodak Theater. This is a place where we all come together and celebrate and recognize great films he claimed. In addition he told sources that he feels privileged to be able to host the show and he can’t stress that enough.
While Eddie is a comedy crazed genius, he is one of very few that has accomplished so much in his overall career. Murphy has a love of movies and also comedy there are times when he mixes them together. But, he also knows when its time to be serious yet light hearted.
This is one of the most thankless things to do in Hollywood. Eddie Murphy was surprised by the opportunity to be the host and promises it will be a good show this year!
Gwyneth Paltrow Joins Thanks For Sharing
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has signed on to join the cast of the upcoming comedy drama “Thanks For Sharing” for Class 5 Films and Olympus Pictures.
The story is to be about a 12 step program for recovering sex addicts in New York City. Gwyneth Paltrow is set to play Phoebe, a businesswoman who falls for Mark Ruffalo in the film. Joining Paltrow, the film includes Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson.
The Kids Are All Right screenwriter Stuart Blumberg will make his directorial debut with Thanks for Sharing while actor Edward Norton will executive produce.
Production is anticipated to begin anytime towards the end of the month in New York City. Paltrow is a versatile actress most notably for playing the lovable Pepper Potts in the Ironman movie series and as a fallen country singer in Country Strong. She is also headlining the pandemic flick Contagion now showing in theaters everywhere.
Thanks for Sharing is scheduled for release in 2013.
Anna Kendrick Could Join Pitch Perfect
Anna Kendrick has been negotiating and talking to play in the film “Pitch Perfect.” Which will be released by Universal Pictures. Staged on the novel by Mickey Rapkin and the senior editor of GQ Magazine took a season covering competitive collegiate acappella. This is a comedy style film and one that will keep you laughing throughout the movie.
The release date is to be announced as of yet, and the casting started; however Anna Kendrick could be joining the film.
There will be a trailer coming soon for this film and it will be much like a video scenes from the movie, however it does not show the ending. You will have to go to theaters for that. The screenwriter is Kay Cannon.
