Mentell played the role of the attorney Garrett Wells on Boston Legal from 2005 up until 2006. Foul play was not an issue as the emergency vehicles arrived at the scene he apparently just went around the curve too quickly and lost control ending up in the ravine. He was only 27 and had his entire acting career ahead of him.
