There’s nothing better than a cool surprise and according to reports, that is just the case from DreamWorks Animations. Kung Fu Panda 2 is on the works and needless to say, the film is going to be brilliant. DreamWorks released the teaser trailer and some movie still photos of the film online. From encounters with the chopsticks and the bamboos and most importantly, new characters.

The upcoming animation adventure movie is set to be released in May 27, 2011 and used to have a working title of, “Kung Fu Panda 2: Pandamonium”. All the major characters from the 2008′s Kung Fu Panda will reprise their roles in this sequel. Jack Black will voice Po, now a Kung Fu Master. He will fight along with Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman) and The Furious Five—Monkey (Jackie Chan), Crane (David Cross), Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Viper (Lucy Liu), and Mantis (Seth Rogen). Another group of Kung Fu masters is set to join the adventure and will be voiced by Victor Garber, Michelle Yeoh and Jean-Claude Van Damme as Master Thundering Rhino, The SoothSayer and Master Croc respectively. gary Oldman plays the movie’s villain, Lord Shen.

The animated film shows Po who is now living his dream as the Dragon Warrior, protecting the Valley of Peace alongside his friends and fellow kung fu masters, the Furious Five. However, Po’s new life is threatened as a terrifying  villain arises and plans to wreck havoc in China and destroy Kung Fu using a secret weapon. Now it is up to Po and the Furious Five to travel across China to face this threat and defeat him.

This is sure to be another blockbuster hit following 2008′s Kung Fu Panda. It’s great to have all of Po’s gang on board for the sequel. Mark the date and see you all in the theaters!

Johnny Depp Claims Walt Disney Hated Jack SparrowAccording to sources Johnny Depp’s portrayal of Jack Sparrowin Pirates of the Caribbean was good enough for an Oscar nomination, but the actor says Disney was less than thrilled.

Johnny Depp talked about if in an interview with rocker Patti Smith for the January edition of Vanity Fair Magazine. Johnny Depp said Disney couldn’t stand his Sparrow and one person there even asked if Sparrow was gay. Depp told the Disney executive all my characters are gay and said that really made me nervous. Depp’s next role in the tourrist movie with Angelina Jolie. It opens in December.

Johnny Depp said he felt sorry for the way the paparazzi hunted Angelina Jolie. And had to be careful that photographers didn’t catch them too close together so rumors wouldn’t get started about them. The only thing they did together was act and make a movie together. Jack Sparrow is one of the main characters in Pirates of the Caribbean. It will be released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is an action and adventure and the rating isn’t available yet.

The only thing Johnny Depp or Jack Sparrow as he is known as has a lot of friends and some that happen to be women but that doesn’t matter to him. What does bother him is the fact that rumors get started so easy and there isn’t anything a person can do when that happens.

According to sources Angelina Jolie is condemning a church in Florida that is threatening to burn copies of the Muslim Holy Book to mark the ninth anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The actress spoke out against the proposed burning during a trip to Pakistan. Her criticism echoed that of top U.S officials, who described the church’s plans as a disgraceful act and have even warned that it could endanger our troops in Afghanistan and Americans worldwide.

The Christian minister in charge of organizing the Quran burning has said he plans to go ahead in spite of all of the concern. He is part of the Dove World Outreach Center a tiny evangelical Christian church in Florida. This is something that will probably affect a lot of people wherever they live in the United States. However, the minister who is planning to do what he has spoken doesn’t realize the magnitude the holy book carries according to Angelina Jolie and other sources. If he would stop and consider his actions he might not go through with his intentions and that would be entirely better than causing concern throughout the world. American troops are still on foreign soil and they don’t deserve any more pressure. This is something you just don’t do. However, there are those in with the church and the minister who agree that burning the holy books to mark the ninth anniversary of the attacks on Sept. 11th is the right thing to do. Many of which are part of the church in Gainesville Florida.

According to sources Angelina Jolie met some of the flood victims in Pakistan on Tuesday and appealed to the international community to provide aid needed to help the country recover from its worst natural disaster. The flow of aid money has stalled in recent days, and officials hope the two day visit by Jolie who serves as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N refugee agency will convince foreign countries and individuals to send financial assistance. The thirty five year old actress said she met with many people whose lives have been devastated by the floods. Including mothers who lost their children and an elderly couple who feared they would never be able to rebuild the home they lost.

Sources claim that the actress was deeply moved by them and hopes that she is able to be able to do something to help bring attention to the situation for all of the people in need there. She toured the area wearing a long black robe and a black headscarf adorned with a red stripe the kind of clothing worn by the women there. The floods began in the northwest at the end of July after some extremely heavy monsoon rains and slowly surged south along the Indus River taking out several hundreds of villages and towns and killing more than 1700 people. About seventeen million people have been affected by the floods, and many will need emergency assistance just to survive. There has been some funding for the crisis but the U.N sent out an appeal that they need more in order to properly care for those affected by the flooding. Angelina Jolie has done her part in the retrospect of calling all nations to help in the relief efforts for what has happened to the people in Pakistan. Any help is appreciated by the people.

Sources say that Angelina Jolie is asking people and urging people to assist the flood victims in Pakistan and not surrender compassion fatigue. The floods in Pakistan have essentially caused the displacement of over twenty million people. However, donations are very slow and way below what is needed to help aid in the recovery of this disaster. Much like the earthquake in Haiti there is a true emergency and need in Pakistan as well.

Angelina admitted that people see another area in the world that needs assistance and it gets harder for people. They get exhausted by the time another big catastrophe rolls around. Although she also wants the public to know that Pakistan is facing mass death, mass displacement, and that this is a situation that is only going to get worse. These people need help now and not in a few months. By then more people will die and some of those will be children.

Angelina Jolie visited Iraq, Haiti, and other countries as a U.N. goodwill ambassador. And she is truly planning on visiting Pakistan as well. And yet, she is waiting until the cameras go away. She doesn’t like a lot of photos being taken with her in them. She is just trying to help these people and she doesn’t want the media making her out as anything special. This is why she is urging people in all walks of life to give assistance to those people under a tremendous hardship in Pakistan right now. If its possible she will do everything in her power to get aid to Pakistan.

According to sources Brad Pitt helped pick Angelina Jolie’s on screen husband for the movie Salt. The director recently told NBC that Angelina’s longtime partner helped actor August Diehl land the role alongside brad;s real life lady love.

Brad had said what a strong actor he was and they were looking for someone with no baggage. Someone with a fresh face to keep the audience off guard. Movie goers with a keen eye will remember August for his tense beer hall scene from Inglorious Basterds in which he played a Nazi. He was really ruthless in that movie and he is considered a great actor. Brad has no problem with the guy playing the husband of Angelina Jolie in the movie Salt.

Brad and Angelina have been together for a long time and who else would be better to help NBC find the right person than Brad Pitt himself. Angelina is a great actress and she can actually work with anyone that’s just her personality. There have been actors and actresses in the past who just couldn’t work together. The chemistry just didn’t click but with her it doesn’t really matter who the actor or actress is, she can work with them.

The Salt movie is out and hitting theaters soon, so Salt’s cast in some sense was chosen by Brad Pitt too. There is a movie trailer out for this movie and you can view scenes from different portions of the movie. But it doesn’t show the ending of the movie. Angelina Jolie is excited about doing this movie.

Sources say that once again Angelina is getting involved with the refugees in yet another country. This time it is on the border of Columbia and Ecuador. Her mission is to show others of the abusive circumstances women and children endure.

The actress and the U.N human rights goodwill ambassador are there now for the first time in eight years. Things haven’t changed a lot however this is a region where thousands of Colombian refugees live. Angelina spent two days there helping out and doing what she does best, give of her time. One of the women she met lost two children in Colombia’s conflict.

There are more than fifty thousand refugees in Ecuador though unofficial estimates put that number much higher. Angelina has a heart of gold when it comes to the children especially she wishes she could do more many times when she goes to these places simply because of the awfully poor living arrangements that they do have.

Sources say they do what they can to survive only Angelina Jolie doesn’t believe that is good enough she wants people to know about all refugees and the things they have to go through just to survive one day. The circumstances they live by include poor living quarters, poor water supply and many other problems that people want to look the other way with. It is a sad time for these people but they still smile and make life what it is for themselves and their children. They always say life is good if they are breathing.

According to sources Angelina is bringing out a new video that has everything to do with the refugees from all the corners of the earth. She wants people to remember those who have lost their homes and remember World Refugee Day 2010.

Sources say her video is about people who have a home or safe place is very important to her. Yet there are those who flee from conflict or persecution are also posts in her video. The thirty-five year old actress wants to get the point across that there are millions of people around the world who are refugees and are homeless and in need of a home.

In her video she will debut on World Refugee day and it will let people know not to forget the refugees because that is their greatest fear. Never having another home or place to be safe, that people will forget about them and they will not have anything but each other.

Angelina has worked closely with the United Nations goodwill program and she is active in helping those who are less fortunate or have been displaced by natural disasters, or just those who are trying to get away from corruption and persecution. Now she is coming out with a video about it.

It should be good to watch really. She is adamant about people not having a home or a place where they can be sure they will be safe and not robbed or hurt. Many people live out of their cars too, in her eyes this is just as bad as not having a home at all. It is hard especially on the children and this fear that parents have of something happening to their children while they are without a home as refugees.

This is a movie that is still in the development stages and does not have a release date yet. The rating for this movie hasn’t been released either. It is a drama. It is based on the biography of Cleopatra.

Angelina Jolie might be playing Cleopatra however nothing has been really determined yet. The story of Cleopatra has had a long history even in Hollywood. Although it became somewhat popular in 1963 when Elizabeth Taylor had the title role.

Now, the movie is being set again although the casting hasn’t started and the shooting for the movie hasn’t begun as of yet either. And yet, it is something to watch for as when it is released there will be several people who will want to go see the movie. The concept of Cleopatra just steps out among the rest. Obtaining the rights to produce this movie is the first step and then after that it will get a lot easier for the director.

Although there isn’t a lot of information for this movie yet as time gets closer for its release we will keep you updated and try to let you know the cast members, the release date as well as the rating for the movie. Amazingly, there will be a movie trailer for the Cleopatra a life movie coming out soon. The trailer might help you decide if you want to go to theaters and see it or not.

The Salt movie will be released July 2010. It is being released by Columbia Pictures although the rating hasn’t been released yet. It is an action thriller type movie. One you wont want to miss. It stars Angelina Jolie and other star cast members.

As a Central Intelligence Agency officer known as salt she swore an oath to duty, as well as everything else that goes with being in the CIA. However her loyalty is tested by people who wonder if she will defect and she is being accused of being a Russian Spy.

Using her skills and the way she was trained she does everything she can to make others see that she is not going to defect and that her oath and loyalty are still within the means of the CIA. She has always loved her job and she will continue to love it. She refuses to let anyone or anything get into her way of her and the way she operates. When Salt does come out there will be people going to see it at theaters because of the adventure it brings. The producers and directors are hoping it goes over well at theaters.

Salt goes off alone, on the run, and using her covert operative skills she isn’t captured. Her main agenda now is to prove her innocence and who she is really working for. And that remains to be the CIA. She never changed she was set up. Although she wants to find out the truth behind who it was that did this to her and at the same time she doesn’t want her identity getting out. That way everyone still asks, who is salt?
