Why do all the good shows come on late at night anymrore?

Recently I was looking through a t.v guide and found a bunch of shows that were niot what I liked. There were reality shows galore, and different shows that I didn't think made any sense. I was thinking to myself; where's the good shows like Mash, and Sanford and Son? or some kind of movie worth watching? I even have cable, and trust me they will take one movie and have it play on and on for an entire month until you are sick of it, am i right?

I believe depending on where you live and what you have cable or sattelite, but most of the oldies are all on specialty channels, you can purchase say 60's-70's- 80's channels etc.
Check with your provider, or you can hook up your computer to your TV and watch what ever you want.

There are alot of channels out there for this on cable networks, but I find the best way is the internet or just buying the boxed sets of my old favorite shows, I have the A-Team, Miami Vice, Dukes of Hazzard there are many many old shows that are now available on DVD bos sets
