    To all women, how can you get your legs to look like Jennifer Aniston's? It's not a much of secret. Just do 10-15 minutes of Yoga exercise for legs.

    Yeah, her legs are nice. She is showing them off in the picture below. But she probably wasn't born with them. One type of yoga for 10 to 15 minutes is: "Chair pose: Standing with legs together and arms reaching to the ceiling, bend your knees and sink down as if you are going to sit on an imaginary chair. Hold for 30 seconds. Slide your feet hip-width apart for the next squats."

    Beutiful. Such nice legs. She looks quite exposed. For nice beautiful legs, you need to squat. Squats bring out all the muscles and their shapes. Basically, they give you beautiful, shapely legs that are nice to look at as opposed to skinny shapeless legs that aren't sexy. 5 sets of 10 reps twice a week is ideal. Another tip is deadlifts work that area pretty much better than any other exercise to firm up and lift your butt while flowing your legs right into your butt. This not only makes your butt look sexy, but it makes for great legs. Again, do 5 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week. All the best.
