I miss the good movies

My favorite all time movie is Smokey and the Bandit, and I go to the theaters all the time. what happened to movies like that? I mean they were good and you see so much violence now? I can handle violence but still wish the old movies would come back and not comic book heroes. but the kids love them.

I agree, we are constantly surrounded by violence in our generation. What ever happened to the good ol' love stories and family oriented type shows.
Between television, the internet, and video games our youth is faced with so much exposure it is scary. I remember when I was young we had a black and white TV that got 2 channels and they were fuzzy.

Good thiing is you can still watch em all on the internet, the oldies that is. Or you can by the DVD box sets which is also very cool.

If you are missing good movies then i will suggest you to opt towards animated movies. because animated movies are kind of genre which has so much thrill and excitement and i am sure you will like it. i have also watched many Animated Movies Online and found that so impressive to watch. Movies like 1) Despicable Me and Toy Story 3 are just amazing.

I am also a crazy lover of movies specially bollywood movies. Due to work load and busy time schedule, i always missed some of good movies. But nowadays movies i watched movies online because my fast friend recommended me to watch bollywood movies online. Watching movies online is a great solution for me.

I think the time has changed now.. As the time passed, people's mind has been changed as well as the taste. Now the movies are full of animations and metaphoric stuff rather than an original story or script. I still remember the classic masterpieces like scent of a woman, God father, Shawshank redemption etc who are considered to be the best movies of all times and none of them has any special visual effects in them.

I am fond of movies.They are the great source of entertainment.Nowadays movies dont have a good story like they use to have in earlier days.Most of the films are animated now.They are not as good as comparison to older ones.

I don't mind the animated, but I do hate all the CGI. They just don't have a good story line anymore, you are right.
