Yes some regions of the world always get effected from these earthquakes. OS they have to take some advise from engineers for it.

Yes absolutely the major earth quake hits is in Japan this year......lot of destruction. and the effect on climate is due to global warming. All the countries should take precautionary measures to reduce this.
