“Why did I Get Married Too” is a sequel to the film “Why Did I Get Married” which was released in the year 2007 by Tyler Perry. The sequel has almost the same cast and crew as in its previous version. So the excitement is instigated among all the film lovers.
The plot revolves around four couples. They gather together in Bahamas for their annual one-week reunion program. They share their views on life after marriage and relationships. Their intimate week was going to be disrupted by Mike (played by Richard T. Jones), ex-husband of Sheila (played by Jill Scott) who arrives there in the hope of breaking up Sheila’s new marriage with Troy to win her back again. Others soon realize that they too are not immune to the challenges of commitment and fidelity.
Angela (played by Tasha Smith) doesn’t believe her husband, Marcus (played by Michael Jai White), can be faithful now that he’s a celebrity television newscaster. Dianna (played by Sharon Leal) and Terry’s (played by Tyler Perry) relationship is feeling the strain of raising children. Patricia (played by Janet Jackson), a successful self-help psychologist, must finally reveal the deep flaws in her seemingly perfect marriage with Gavin (played by Malik Yoba).
With their relationships hanging in the balance, when they return home, each couple must choose between blame and forgiveness, doubt and faith with life-altering consequences. This explains about the hidden feelings, egoistic nature which is causing serious problems in a marriage. Expect this movie to be a huge drama, as the plot of the movie is mainly on the theme of understanding other persons and being with them. Though it may speak of extra marital affairs sometimes, but with couples disliking each other would ultimately lead to a divorce.
