Paramount Pictures newest film set to be released in February 19, 2010. Shutter Island is directed by Martin Scorsese. This film has a nice cast with Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo in this Psychological thriller. The actual movie is about two U.S. marshals who are Teddy Daniels and Chuck Aule. These two marshals are called to a remote island off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the disappearance of a murder. The murder happened at the island’s fortress hospital for the insane.
This movie has lots of twists and the plot isn’t what you expect it to be. Shutter Island will keep you guessing of what is to come and what is not to come. Martin Scorsese puts it all together on this film; the murder investigation is quite an unusual one in many aspects. The land of the insane could be violated but by who and when. It is up to these marshals to save the day and to get to the bottom of this before it is too late.
This film could be an award winning film on many levels but you will have to wait and see to determine that. The setting and the cast is in place to be a wonderful thriller, however it is up to the crowds to determine this. The murder plot is an intriguing one, for people of all ages. Leonardo DiCaprio does an awesome job in his debut on set. The actors and the special effects are solid in its development. The adventure begins as soon as the film begins to roll. The criminally insane will be pleased at this crazy film at the peak of its development. Don’t miss this psycho masterpiece with its incredible cast set to make a splash in February. Shutter Island is a film not to be missed!
