Repo Men is a sci-fi thriller set ahead in times of future. Adapted from the Garcia’s novel, Repo Men is about a man named Remy whose body has been constructed with artificial organs. Writers Eric Garcia and Garret Lerner team with director Miguel Sapochnik for this future oriented sci-fi thriller. As a matter of fact, this movie is a real treat for all the thriller-lovers because it has all which they want.
When Remy (played by Jude Law) fails to keep up on his payments for recent heart transplantation, his former partner vows to take back the organ by force if necessary. Remy now must run for his life. He finds his long-lost wife, Beth (played by Sonia Braga) as his unexpected ally, who has also been retrofitted with numerous artificial organs. They haven’t seen each since Remy joined the army ten years ago. Now, the desperate Repo Man and his sympathetic wife attempt a daring escape from a man who holds the lives of millions in his palms. Forest Whitaker and Live Schreiber are other co-stars of the sci-fi thriller.
How the couples try to escape and how Remy tries to solve his problem is the thing to look out for while forest Whitaker and live Schreiber are after them to get back the organs for which they could not repay the amount. You can expect the movie to be a good one with stars like Jude Law and Forest Whitaker in the lead. The movie is produced by Mary Parent and Scott Stuber, also the producers for the comedy movie “You, Me and Dupree”. The movie is slated for release in April 2010. While the casting is by Mindy Marin, original music is by Marco Beltrami. Do watch this future oriented sci-fi thriller which is sure to catch some of the action.
