There was a time when the British people were mad about rock, and rock was at its finest time. Suddenly the urge for rock music came to a halt as the pop music came in the music scene. The new music won the heart of the people who were not cool that time and some traitor turned to pop music from rock music which is the real music. This movie is totally inspired by rock and roll music. In that time BBC used to broadcast rock songs only once a week and only for two hours. It is really disappointing for rock fans and rock generations.
The main character of this movie is Carl who gets expelled from his college. He was sent to visit his godfather Quentin so that he can find a better direction for his life. His godfather takes him to a pirate radio station. In this place he encounters an unusual thing. He finds himself on board the pirate station called Radio Rock. What a name! The superb radio station is in the North Sea. The crew of the ship composes rock music with DJ and the radio broadcast rock music for seven days a week and twenty four hours a week. They do this in order to make the British fans feel delight.
It is really pathetic that the fans of rock music are really less in number. Only a few people with the solid love for rock are still into the genre and they are the one who tell the story of the glorious past of rock n roll. Rock n roll musicians are the guardian of music and they should not stop rocking and the fans as well. This movie is a total rock spirit and reminds the viewers of the rock n roll era and the tight pants and curly long hairs.
