Mother And Child

Mother and Child movie is going to be released in May of 2010. It is being released by Sony Pictures. It is rated R. The director and the producer’s hope it will go over well at theaters. It has a lot of different stars playing in it. Those of Samuel Jackson, David Ramsey, and Naomi Watts just to name a few. This movie is a drama.

Mother and Child is basically a story of three women’s lives and how they live. In essence they all share a common deed; they have been affected by adoption. One had a child at the age of 14, and she gave her up at birth, since then she has felt nothing but guilt and feelings of despair, knowing that she made a big mistake; and its almost as if she is haunted by what she did and the little girl she never knew.

On the other hand Elizabeth was adopted and grew up to become a lawyer, but a somewhat loner in her everyday personal life. Lucy is just attempting to get on board the adoption list for a baby that her and her husband can call their own. There are many children all over the world that need homes. Orphanages are filling although at times the child is not a newborn child.

And the theory is correct by a certain percentage that younger children are adopted before older children. And sometimes the older children are placed into good foster homes. However in the move Mother and child it gives three different accounts of adoption and what drama really is when adopting a newborn child. There are a lot of requirements now to adopt a child, although that was left out of the movie to a certain degree. All of the accounts in this movie created different endings.
