Dancing Across Borders is set to be released March 26th. The rating for this movie hasn’t been set yet. Although there isn’t a lot of information about this movie. It is a documentary. On a trip to Cambodia in January 2000/ filmmakers across a 16 year old boy who moved her immensely with his amazing and seemingly natural charm and grace as a dancer.
Having been a longtime devote to the world of dance herself back in the United States in order to give this young boy the opportunity to leave his home and follow a dream that she felt compelled t give this boy the opportunity to leave his home and follow his dream that she felt he hadn’t even yet seen for himself. From the serene countryside of Southeast Asia to the hals of the New York’s school to the stage of the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle. Dancing Across the Borders the movie peeks behind the art of dance and chronicles the intimate and triumphant story of a boy who discovered, and who only much later discovered all that he had in himself.
Although this is a documentary it is still an inspirational story of a boy chasing his dreams and actually finding them and using the talent that he has to touch the lives of everyone he came into contact with. A boy coming from Cambodia into the United States he proves to himself as well as many of the American dancers just what he is capable of doing and he does it well.
