Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant MovieCirque Du Freak is the original novel in The Saga of Darren Shan sequence authored by Darren Shan. It is a division of the “Vampire Blood Trilogy”, which encompasses the initial three of the 12 book saga. Darren Shan who had authored a spectacular series of these books which enjoyed great reception among the masses, is now taking the celluloid form because of the exemplary efforts of the Director Paul Weitz. It is actually an adventurous film which is fantasy oriented in which a young adult accidentally splits the peace agreement between two militaristic groups of vampires, whose history dates back 19th century. Attracted by an incredible life of misinterpreted addicts of a show ,deadly monsters and gruesome beasts of the hours of darkness, a youngster who gets bugged up of his unexciting existence wants to play with his fate in horrendous locations.

Darren (Chris Massoglia) was no exception to the other children of his age group of 16 year olds. He used to roam about places taking Steve (Josh Hutcherson) with him, and got respectable rankings and more often than not escaped from issues. When they come across a show run by nomads, things begin to change inside Darren.When a vampire named Larten Crepsley (John C. Reilly) makes him a gory and a bloodthirsty creature at that instant ,the brink of horror is evident.

Darren(Chris Massoglia) who is just 16 was a normal kid just like any other kid around the world. He used to while away his precious time with his best buddy Steve(Josh Hutcherson), and scored superbly in academics thus saving himself from the problems that an average ward will face during schooling. One day when he bumps into a special show performed by nomads, the script changes. He grows out to be a gory and murderous vampire after meeting Larten Crepsley.

Recently converted, he joins the Cirque Du Freak, a on the move sideshow packed with horrible creatures from a boy who is a serpent and a werewolf to a barbate woman (Salma Hayek) and an enormous dog (Ken Watanabe). As Darren flexes his brand new powers in this murky world, he turns out to be a precious medium stuck between the vampires and their lethal equivalents of the opposite group. He tries to make a constructive use of the residue of the tinges of humanity in him to save the human kind from the hostile vampire environments.
