Youth in Revolt Review

Check out this interesting comedy involving sexual content as well as language for the ultimate comedy experience. The plot is based on a tale of Nick Twisp (played by Michael Cera) in is efforts to win the heart of Sheeni (who is played by Portia Doubleday). He hopes to lose his virginity in the progress.

This is actually based on the C.D. Payne’s cult-hit novel of the same name called “Youth in Revolt”. The actors are remarkable and it is one of the reasons why this movie is so hyped. The movie should crack you up; Michael Cera is just too funny to be ignored.

Amazing, is an understatement to the amount of laughs you should receive from this flick. The fact that he plays a 14-yr old kid is knee slapper to be amazing. Relating to the book that was published a long while this movie shouldn’t disappoint.

The title explains it all, as Nick Twisp is clearly a youth in revolt. Two other actors are pretty impressive as well, Jonathan Wright and Trent Preston as the youths rebelling. The excitement will be there and the screen plays thrill will be in the air.

The new talent is here and the movie is the foundation, Jonathan Wright and Michael Cera are here to stay for a long time. If you like new funny and fresh talent this is the movie for you to see. Don’t forget the plot of the comedy movie that I have heard from several sources that is quite a great one in addition to the movie’s cast of actors.

Youths across America may not get to see these due to its Rated R rating, but those who watch it will surely appreciate their youth experiences now that they are a tide bit older in their everyday lives.
