What’s Inside: Based on a novel by Nicolas Sparks the Last Song Movie was developed and filmed with it in mind. Set in a small southern beach town where an estranged father gets a chance to spend the summer with his reluctant teenaged daughter, who’d rather be home in New York. He tries to reconnect with her through the only thing they have in common and that is music. Music brings the father and the daughter closer together but the southern beach town has something much more intriguing for the daughter too. This is a great love story and it will keep you captivated from the beginning to the end.
Wrapping it up: Although there isn’t a lot of information on this movie you can tell it has everything to do with love and reconciliation. The father trying desperately to reach out to his daughter once again and at times failing miserably. This is a true look of a story of family, friendship, secrets and salvation, along with first loves and second chances. There are those who have seen this movie and recommend it to everyone, comments consisting of its just that good.
