Reel Review: An Action comedy that was released February 26th and did very well in theaters and the box offices. A movie that many people seen and liked a lot; prompting them to want to purchased the movie if it comes out on DVD. Sony pictures once again did well with a movie that many people have enjoyed watching.
What’s Inside: Bruised and beaten, arm in a sling, neck in a brace, Arthur Poppington sits in front of court- appointed psychologist Ellen Park. After making her swear to secrecy , Poppington begins to tell the story of his secret life as Defendor. Yes that’s an or-spelling is not one of his super powers. By day Poppington directs traffic around the road construction sites, but at night he dons a pair of black tights, a black jersey, with a crude D ducted taped to his chest and trawls the streets as his alter ego. He has no idea what he is actually getting himself into, he just knows he wants to conquer evil by doing good and yet, he might not be able to do this all by himself. Some situations he can handle alone and yet there are some times when he really wishes he had a sidekick to assist him.
So far the movie has proven to be doing very good in theaters and box offices and more people are purchasing tickets to go and see the movie at the theaters. Although it is not rated I’m sure it is at the theaters. In addition there are movie trailers for this movie too.
Wrapping it up: As Defendor, Poppington engages in what he believes is a super heroic fight against crime in an attempt to fulfill his unrealized dream of capturing his archival, Captain Industry – a gun trafficking crime lord who Poppingtion mistakenly believes is responsible for the death of his mother.
