Death At A Funeral Review

Reel Review: This is a movie that has been out for some time. The director is Frank Oz. The movie is a comedy drama, and it is rated R. It is a justified send off of a loved one and it explodes into chaos when romance and jealousy hit the scene.

What’s Inside: Among the dark secrets of the deceased they are life long secrets and the hallucinogens, the in laws and a hidden agenda for black mail begins. Which all collide in the comedy Death At A Funeral. You would think that this is a movie between two mafia groups or mob families the way they are acting at the funeral. This movie exposes many different things at the funeral on both sides, skeletons coming out of the closet. Some bad behavior and it tends to make someone wonder if the funeral procession will ever get through the funeral of the deceased.

When the news on their father’s death was told, it seemed like a blur as friends and relatives started saying all kinds of things about the father. It seems to be a nightmare. Everyone has his or her plans for the fortune they know their father and friend has left them. When in reality he didn’t leave any of them all that much.

Wrapping It Up: The crazy part, if its not already crazy enough, is a strange guest that comes to the graveside and threatens to tell everyone the biggest family secret. Mayhem and a riot almost to break out a couple of the brothers try to hide the truth but they have the guilt of either keeping the secrets of the deceased or to not say anything and just let things lie the way they are. This is a movie worth seeing.
