This is a documentary about how conservatives won the heart of America. This took place in the heart of the land in the state of Kansas. Based on the book the full length documentary talks a lot about before the tea party movement and all that went on before that happened.
As history tells us the Boston tea party was about taxation and the cost of living in that era. However, the documentary occurs before the actual event according to the book. It also deals with the conservatism and the contradictions of the movement. It is similar in fact to the political strategies that were apparent at that time as well.
The documentary leads you through the entire portion of that era and where it occurred, discussing where it happened and why. In the documentary What’s The Matter With Kansas you can see the earliest stages before it all began and where the policies with politics was at that time. In addition, it is for anyone wanting to know about this subject. It shows a movement more visible in the minds of Americans who don’t really know about things in Kansas.
