The True Grit Movie is going to be released in December 2010. It is a drama western. It will be a remake somewhat of the True Grit that starred John Wayne. The producers and directors are hoping that it goes over well in the theaters and box offices.
This version of True Grit stars Jeff Bridges and a cast of great actors. It is about a fourteen year old girl who, is with an older US marshal and another authoritive figure attempt to track the girl’s father’s killer. However they are doing this in Indian territory where the Indians have been known to be very hostile. Unlike the other version you will get this true grit through the eyes of the girl. And from the girl’s point of view.
The original movie was rated G however this version hasn’t been rated as stated above. There isn’t a lot of information about this movie yet although a lot of people have already seen the original movie of True Grit and they are somewhat the same.
Finding her father’s killer is the main priority in this movie and it is a western so these are always fun to go watch. There are people who will probably go to the theaters more than once to see the movie. Do they find the killer in this movie True Grit or does he get away? You won’t know unless you go to the theaters when it is released and watch it.
There will be a movie trailer coming out soon, where you can view scenes of the movie and see different portions of the movie, although you won’t see the ending of the movie.
