Toe To Toe proves to be an upcoming movie that people are going to enjoy. Although it won’t be released until February 2010. Apparently it is about two seniors in an expensive and elite Washington D.C prep school who decide to forge a relationship on a lacrosse field. However, only to find their bond growing tested. This is a drama that is said to be a good movie to watch. It was inspired by a study that interracial friendships really end at age fourteen for a lot of American teenagers.
And yet, these two are determined to succeed by building a better future outside of Anacostia. One is a student from the poorest side of Washington while the other is just the opposite. Though the relationship between the two girls is destined for ruin they are more than determined not to let that happen. However, others see it differently.
The very fact that they are so different promises a lot of problems for both of them should they continue to stay friends and build on that relationship. This is literally a love hate relationship that both girls are unsure how the future for them will end up. They both strive to hang on while sometimes arguing from listening to others and then turning around and banding together against those who are against their relationship.
And yet, they try desperately to continue with the relationship and keep peace between themselves although society is telling them just the opposite. Between them there is hatred and yet there is a loving bond too. This is definitely a unique movie that will be sure to get the attention of a lot of people who are going through the exact same thing in real life. Will the two make it together against society or will society take care of the problem and break them apart?
