The Town movie takes first place in box offices over the weekend. The new Ben Affleck directed crime drama by Warner Bros. topped the weekend box office with an amazing number. It brought in at least thirty seven million dollars over the past weekend.
It was released on September 17th and did very well. It was starring Ben Affleck and an awesome cast of members. The crime and drama style movie was a hit in theaters. It is rated R for strong violence and movie goers were intrigued by this movie. On the rating scale it brought in seven out of ten on the scales. This is a movie about an unrepentant criminal. And the leader of a group of ruthless bank robbers who pride themselves in stealing what they want and getting out clean.
With no real attachments, they never have to fear losing anyone close to them. But that all changed on the gang’s latest job, when they briefly took a hostage bank manager. Though they let her go unharmed she is nervously aware that the robbers know her name and where she lives. But she lets her guard down when she meets an unassuming and rather charming man who is the same man that days earlier took her as a hostage. And yet, the instant attraction between them gradually turns into a passionate romance that threatens to take them both down a dangerous and deadly path.
