The Karate Kid Movie will be released in June of 2010. It is being released by Columbia Pictures. It is rated PG and it is an action film that you are going to love. It stars Jackie Chan and other all star cast members. You can’t miss this one.
In this Karate kid, the kid is a twelve year old who has to move to China with his mom because of her career. And, he was one of the most popular kids in Detroit where he used to live. Now he feels like a fish out of water, and no one knows he. In a new school with no friends, he’s not sure he can fit in. In fact, he knows he isn’t going to fit in.
Differences in cultures make it really hard to make friends. And what’s worse Dre has made an enemy by his feelings with the class bully. Dre wishes he was still in Detroit. Until he meets Mei Ying another classmate; Dre falls for her and the feeling is mutual but it makes the bully even worse towards Dre.
Cheng, the class bully being in the land of Kung Fu and quickly puts Dre to the ground. With out friends and in China, Dre dreams of Detroit. Then, he meets Jackie Chan the maintenance man and they become friends. Little does Dre know that he is also a master at Kung Fu. Frustrated and angry Dre shows all his feelings he doesn’t care who sees. Then Mr.Han the maintenance man shows him his secret. He begins teaching Dre different things and even about maturity in Kung Fu but Dre has still got to deal with Cheng.
