The Avatar movie was and is still a big hit at the theaters and who knows how long it will last at the top. There are several different people who have seen the movie and then have decided to go see it again just because they liked it so much the first time.
They are already talking about a second Avatar now and this one is still in theaters. Could this perhaps be too soon? Remember how the Jurassic Park movies and what happened with them? They came out one right after another and individuals got burned out on dinosaurs for a while. Cameron who brought the ideas to the table for the Avatar movie was asked about the second one and his response was that they would be pushing it if they did.
So that is causing a dilemma for the screenwriter and anyone else who wants to see Avatar 2 come out and be released soon. This way its still in the minds of people who have seen the first one. Well, that’s the argument of some of the individuals wanting another Avatar to be released. They did make the comment on how well star wars did and they were released one right after another, as soon as George Lucas could get the screenwriting done they were on the set and casting for the movies.
So should there be Avatar 2 so quickly after the first one? I think it’s a good idea, people want to know what lies in store for another Avatar movie.
