Its no secret that Russell Crowe is going to be Robin Hood. He has done movies such as this in the past. Stealing from the rich and giving to the poor is just the movie he likes. As usual Robin Hood and his band of merry men are all over and their exploits have endured in the past. Almost everyone knows about the tale of Robin Hood and what he did, now was he real or not who knows; but he is real according to Russell Crowe.
There was some speculation that there would be Robin Hood chronicles but that rumor can’t be confirmed yet. In the local village Robin Hood does what he can to save a village from corruption however that’s not easy when a tyrant is in charge. From his humble beginnings however people come to love him and don’t want to see him get hurt.
And yet, none of the villagers are strong enough to go up against the evil forces of the tyrant. It doesn’t phase Robin Hood. With his bow in hand he is ready for battle once again and even his men stand ready with him, to die if they must. This is going to be a good movie for anyone who knows the story it’s not saying its good to steal mind you although when you are in a situation such as Robin Hood, he only wants to help the people in the village. He doesn’t want to kill however sometimes its necessary. Set in 13th century England the movie captivates and keeps viewers watching to see what will happen next and will Robin Hood himself survive.
