Private Benjamin is a movie that is actually a remake of a previous version. The release date hasn’t been set yet nor has a rating been posted. It is however a comedy and those who have seen the previous version know it is hilarious. Although the previous version starred Goldie Hawn.
This version is going to be even better with more special effects and the star being Anna Faris. The new take will essentially be based on the original however in contemporary times with modern wars as the backdrop.
Basically evolving around the original the story is about a very spoiled and rich girl that decides to join the army after her husband dies while having sex on their wedding night. The original film received three nominations and was a success.
The director and producers are hoping that the remake will go over well at the theaters and the box offices. It should considering Private Benjamin Movie is known and people who have seen the first will wonder what the new version looks like. Out of curiosity they will go to theaters and watch the movie.
The remake is somewhat different than the original in the concept that the special effects are better and with the use of technology there are other portions of the movie that are different too.
