This is a movie about a policeman who has been reassigned to a little town because he was accused of misconduct in Copenhagen. So he ends up in the danish town of South Jutland. Although things seem in order he feels like there is a dark cloud over the town as if something sinister is going on.
This movie is a drama. As a constable residing in the town but is having issues getting used to country life. And when confronted by the small town customs and traditions of South Jutland he begins to feel as if he’s fallen into an alternate reality. Sometimes he feels as though his feelings are out of sorts and he shouldn’t be feeling as he does and yet other times everything in this little town seems just a bit too perfect for him. The policeman who has been reassigned here feels the same thing. As you can see, he feels like two personalities at some points in the movie. He is beginning to think he is a bit on the essentially crazy side.
And yet, without saying how the movie ends you should go to a theater near you and check it out. The movie is an hour and thirty minutes long and the drama has the weirdest ending in some individuals opinions. If I weren’t sure it was a drama there is a part of me that would have believed this movie was partly a mystery but hey that is just my opinion and you can decide for yourself on that part.
