This is one of those films that are going to captivate the audience and with very little to go on, that also means that they don’t want to let the cat out of the bag. There are different concepts to the movie but the one that is the craziest is the fact that this Viking action packed adventure is somewhat dangerous too. It is about a warrior that can’t hear but he escapes being in prison by the evil captain.
After this he goes out and makes his own dark adventures. A man with a mission because of the way he was treated perhaps turned him bad or maybe gave him a dark and angry heart, any way you look at it, he has a vendetta against the world and that’s a large vendetta.
It is most likely because of his imprisonment and what he went through. And yet, you aren’t going t know how it ends because it doesn’t say for one thing. If it did then not many people would go see this new release in April.
There are those individuals that wonder why a movie like this is limited and won’t be out until April of 2010. However, intrigued we will wait and be patient and when it is released we will go get in a line for a ticket just to see what the limited portion really means. In fact, what can be found via the Internet is pretty much like this. A Viking adventure and a man getting released or breaking out just to take on darkness in the world too. So is he escaping his past or is he escaping something else? Director Nicholas Refn and the screenwriter are the only ones who really know and they aren’t saying a word; does that really surprise you that they aren’t?
