Getting Through The Green Zone

Paul Greengrass accesses the damage of the after math of the invasion into Iraq for a feature adapataitoin of an author. It’s a one time Bagdad Bureau chief of the Washington Post. Chandrasekaran was also present as the American forces tried to set up a temporary government on the grounds that surround the previous dictator. Of course none other than Saddam Husseins palace. However, the resulting and governing body according to sources simply existed in a bubble that was so far away from the realities of war that the author couldn’t get close enough.

In this fictional thriller set during the occupation of Bagdad and yet, Chandrasekatan’s novel would be the foundation for the overall story of an officer who happens to join forces with a senior CIA officer to find evidence of mass destruction.

Certain that Hussein is stock piling weapons of mass destructions in the Iraqi desert it was his job to find them. This is when the objective of both sides changes. While searching for answers he made ever more attempts all in vain and met with resistance. Probing and being all through Iraq with no answers the problem was getting worse. They were receiving faulty intelligence and the truth became even harder to believe thinking it could in fact be lie.

And yet, if we keep going you will know the plot of the movie and the green zone is a phenomenal movie and something that people would watch if you like war stories or perhaps documentaries. It is more as a movie unfolding while people are searching for weapons that Hussein has hidden. Now you can guess what the ending is, or you can wait and go to the theaters and find out for yourself how the movie ends. It is a movie of wartime and military proportion.
