Reports now appear that Universal pictures no longer has plans to develop the Hasbro board game Clue into a feature film. Although Gore Verbinski remains on board the property and plans to continue developing it through his Blind Wink Productions. To this end, Burk Sharplesshave been brought aboard to rewrite the screenplay. With a to be announced release the director and screenwriter must work reverently to get the movie accomplished.
