Lately there have been talks about the third installment of Christopher Nolan and the Batman series, The Dark Knight Rises, at the Santa Barbara international film festival where he was presented with the Modern Master Award for another film. Although other films were discussed the film that was talked about the most was the Dark Knight Rises and different things in the upcoming film people could look forward to.
The film will be released in July of 2012. It is being released in Warner Bros. Pictures. It is going to be directed of course, by Christopher Nolan and the screenwriter is David Goyer and Jonathan Nolan. It is starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hatheway. It is an action, adventure, and drama style film. The special effects and the technology that went into this film is phenomenal and the director Christopher Nolan is hoping it goes over well in theaters. David Goyer is now writing the next Batman installment with Christopher Nolan’s brother Jonah. No plot details, villains or cast have really been announced.
