Avatar has been breaking records all over the cinematic arena and passing box office records in theaters and now they are already planning on the sequel and how it should begin and play out. With this frame of thinking are they planning an Avatar 3 as well?
Just setting a new domestic box office record, the distributors is very fired up on the concept of moving forward already with another sequel. Things are going so well a conference call was made yesterday for all of the companies involved to meet and discuss further details. In essence, this is essentially the earliest any talks have been made for a movie to have a sequel. People want to however talk with Cameron about the ideas and concepts for an Avatar 2.
And yet, talks are in early stages nothing is obviously iron clad and remains unclear if Cameron will direct the Avatar sequel or decide to produce. Avatar has made leaps and bounds over other movies in the last decade and the way that it was created to some plays a great role in this conclusion. Its not apparent yet either if the Captain will be returning to the sequel’s screenplay. As far as the expected release date, there’s another hurdle considering how long it took Cameron to make the first one. Can you believe the realistic date for Avatar 2 according to sources is 2022. Are people even going to remember this movie by then? This also puts it in line with other movie sequels that are to come out around this time as well.
