Johnny Depp and Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland easily remained the number one weekend draw making $62 million. The Disney fantasy has climbed the top and became the first $200 million hit released yet this year.
A rush of new movies had so-so openings however nothing compared to the movie Alice In Wonderland. Nothing even came close. There were other new releases but in the theater and box offices Alice in Wonderland held on. The movie about the nineteen year old returning to see her childhood friends went over well as people went to theaters all over just to see the movie. Alice, the white rabbit, the mad hatter, and all her other childhood friends made the movie a hit and the thing is it is still going strong it has only be released for a short time.
If you haven’t seen the movie as of yet you might want to everyone is talking about the movie and there isn’t one patron that claims it wasn’t any good. It has gone over well in theaters and box offices.
The movie trailer that is available via the Internet can help you make your decision as it shows a few scenes of the movie and it doesn’t show the ending. It builds anticipation and brings on curiosity though.
