Even in the midst fighting off a battalion of protective-gear-clad law enforcement officers, Carano has a businesslike confidence. This is fierce and ferocious, filled with relentless, kinetic, if senseless, violent mayhem.

Sources have found out that the actor gave up sugar. He lost 30 pounds in four months. And he told sources during an interview that it was the sugar he was eating that was making him gain weight. Of course he had to exercise as well as giving up sugar and that wasn’t easy wither.
