Ok, maybe its just me but I don't feel like the good doctor should've been allowed to keep his license to practice medicine. And on top of everything they just told him not to use the same things he used on Michael Jackson. There is definitely something wrong with this picture. The judge declined to take his license and the doctor has practices in two other states.
Are people really going to keep going to this doctor or will it be just his regular patients. If I was a new patient looking for a doctor I am not so sure I would go to him.
It should have went to a panel of judges or a jury or something. One judge making the decision doesn't seem right either. Althouh he might think he made the right choice for Murray to me the entire thing went wrong somewhere. If the doctor can continue on with practicin medicine how will the criminal charges be against him? Or will the criminal charges against him giving Michael Jackson medication that killed him be dropped. It is a sad day when things like this happen. Am I the only one that feels as thouh justice just got a blow to letting people get away with all but murder? Let me know if you feel the way I do, or if you think the Doctor deserves a second chance at Michael's expense.
