The celebrities that live in California go through earthquakes quite often and yet they continue to live there. According to sources it is their home and they don't plan on moving. There are some celebrity residents that have lived there for years and have gone through many earthquakes and in each case some have had to rebuild their homes. Their lives are altered by earthquakes for a while and then it is back to life as usual.
When they go through earthquakes the only thing on their mind is surviving. Sure, they don't want their homes to get hit very badly but life is much more important. There are some celebrities that have actually moved to New York and other places though. These are individual celebrities that have had enough of earthquakes and rebuilding. They would much rather move then to go through the trauma and disaster again.
