In the following month, the homicide of the pop star Michael Jackson who passed away this year under suspicious circumstances will finally be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney for due consideration. The press has already been informed by reputable sources close to the investigation that the majority of the investigation has been completed and finalized and to date, Dr. Murray (MD) remains the prime suspect of the investigation. The conduct and actions of Murray will be closely scrutinized by an expert panel of medical experts who will then determine whether he acted with the parameters of his profession.
The case is far from clear cut for the waters have been muddied somewhat considerably by virtue of the fact that Jackson was ingesting a significant amount of different medications some of which were obtained on prescription others not and so a precise determination of the degree of culpability that Murray possesses will prove to be a most contentious issue.
Doubt and controversy surrounds the case of Murray and whilst the evidence would suggest that he is guilty of some wrongdoing, whether such suspicions can actually be proven according to the standard required by the law will remain to be seen.
