Taylor Lautner Settles Lawsuit Over RV For Movie Set

According to sources a lawyer for Taylor Lautner claimed the Twilight star has settled a lawsuit with an RV dealership he claims didn’t deliver a three hundred thousand coach in time for a movie shoot. The attorney for the RV company said they will pay Lautner forty thousand dollars of which he will be donating to the Lollipop Theater Network which is a children’s charity. The eighteen year old Lautner sued the dealership Monday saying it missed a June deadline to deliver the 2006 coach for use on the set of the movie Abduction.

The dealership owner Brent McMahon had offered to compete in a push up contest to solve the dispute. A phone message seeking comment on the settlement was not immediately returned. Lautner will be back in his role as Jacob Black in the two part Twilight finale known as Breaking Dawn. There are many different reasons why he didn’t get the coach when ordered however the RV company is not disputing his allegations and have in fact settled out of court. This means that Lautner has won his case although he will not be keeping the money, but giving it as a donation to a children’s network as stated above. The new Twilight Breaking Dawn will be released soon and considering it will be in two parts the actor will essentially be very busy for quite some time. All the more reason for the coach on the set of the movie when he needed it. Sometimes the actors ask for a lot however if the RV company promised to follow through on his request and failed then they should be liable for such cause.
