Its no secret if you follow Sean Penn’s life you will know that he has a really short fuse and an even worse bad temper. He had a confrontation with a photographer. The charges of battery and vandalism continue on from an altercation in Brentwood.
Sean Penn has had his time with law enforcement, he spent 31 days in jail in 1987 and that you think would’ve put him on the right track however it didn’t. He does have a short temper and will fly off of the handle very easily. So many rumors have been floating around about Sean Penn it is really hard in some ways to know what is factual and true and which of those are really rumors. Supposedly when he was married to Madonna he put a paparazzi guy over a balcony threatening to drop him, that wasn’t a good thing to do. Once again he got into trouble.
Now, he will await a court hearing date and the arraignment to face the battery and vandalism charges against him. Sean Penn obviously couldn’t be reached for a comment.
But according to sources he is doing okay and shrugging this off just as he did in 1987. That’s not really a good idea to do, he needs to go to anger management or something or its going to continue and be a pattern that he’s faced with everyday. And yet, it may not bother him. If Sean Penn decided he wanted publicity he definitely got it. But I don’t think that’s really the way he should’ve went about it that way.
