Sources say that prosecutors in Florida have asked a judge to revoke the appeal bond of movie star Wesley Snipes. They want him in jail.
They want an order from the judge stating that Wesley Snipes must surrender and begin serving a three year sentence because he willfully failed to file income tax returns. However an appeals court decided that Wesley Snipes had received a fair trial and sentence. The motion was filed on Wednesday in federal court in Ocala.
Wesley Snipes now 47, was granted an appellate bond. This allowed him to remain free after a 36 month sentence was imposed on him through the U.S district Judge. He had tax related and lapsed misdemeanor convictions.
If the judge decides to revoke this bail then Wesley Snipes is looking at three years in jail and that is exactly what the prosecutors are looking for. It doesn’t seem right to go after him after he was sentenced and already given the appellate bond which allows him to stay free. If he is paying the tax related problems and issues off then it doesn’t seem logical for him to go to jail, unless of course he is not cooperating. If he is doing everything they ask of him why put him in jail now?
There was no comment from Snipes or his attorney and they couldn’t be reached for any type of comment on the matter. The prosecutors are still waiting for an answer from the judge. If the judge grants the request and the appeal bond is revoked the star will probably go to jail.

Hey I just got house arrest the day after my sentencing. This all bullshit. He may be richer but he is no better than the law or better than any human being that breaks the law. You know all you media and politicians are one big giant joke. Lindsey Lohan oh she s only going to spend a couple of weeks in jail. Well justice system When she kills someone by driving drugged up and drunk you will have blood on your hands Mister big mistake JUDGE.I just hope its not you child playing in the spot where she drives drunk again and she will drive drunk again. Justice system what a JOKE>
If everyone puts the emotional matters aside and starts using the facts and logical reasoning, YOU (collectively) will discover that this effort to put Wesley Snipes in jail is but a small part of a much larger societal engineering program that even the prosecutors and judges are but pawns and bishops in the bigger game. My great awakening also occurred via the great tax scheme discovery that a vast majority of us have been victims to it, but only a few of us have woken up to the deceptions and illusions that we live with every day. The last time I filed a tax return was in 1998, which I regret even having done that last one. I have not filed a return since then and I have been approached by the IRS, but when you learn how the SYSTEM really works you can use FEAR against them in much the same way that they tried to use it against us…and I have done it VERY successfully. What Mr. Snipes fails to realize is that his attorney”s are also part of the game and simply continue to milk him along with the government and the IRS. I just read that on wiki that he is being charged under 26 U.S.C. § 7203, which is an irrelevant statute since there is no statue that requires him to file.
For those of you who simply think that he is “greedy” by “not paying his fair share of taxes”,can you ask yourselves are you even able to consider that the possibility that you are maybe paying taxes that you may not be required to pay? Aside from the taxing topic, the concept that “our government” lies to us should not be too shocking or too hard to accept. For the first three years of my great awakening on the tax topic I kept mourning all the money that I “voluntarily” gave to my government over my more than 10 years of working, but did not have to. It really mad me sick to think about it. But over time I began to accept the losses as part of “my education”. I have since learned to work within the system to no longer pay federal or state taxes. Can you stomach the possibility that “your government” has been robbing you better than any bank or bank robber can? If you can not, you are better off going back into your tranced state of existence.
The “tax” issue is just the tip of a larger iceberg of GREAT AWAKENINGS that people need to be prepared to see: 1) War On Drugs, 2) War On Terror, 3) We Elect Our Politicians 4) We Have Rights And Enjoy Freedom In America 5) The Government Cares About Its Citizens (Pick Any Form) 6) We In America Have A Republican Form Of Democracy….and many more. They are all lies and illusions that most Americans accept as being true when they are not.
The puppet masters have removed the chains from the African-Americans and placed them on all of us…independent of our skin color, religion, gender or position in society. The chains are no longer made of iron, instead they have been replaced with more pain tools to control us that are more economic in nature and take the form of a contracts, as a contract is a “tool” that can and has risen above the constitution…those legally minded people know what I am talking about, i.e. beyond just attorneys/lawyers.
Knowledge is ONLY potential, power occurs when we apply knowledge to our lives and in the world. Go find the truth and seek out yet more knowledge to ensure that your time spent on the earth has been spent wisely!
I see Wesely wants a new trial. He believes it wasn”t fair. I don”t know much about his case but it doesn”t look good. I don”t think he has proof of jury misconduct like his defence claims. But we”ll see. Would like to see his movies make comeback. Underated actor if you ask me.
