According to sources Paris Hilton was banned from two of the Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas strip and her boyfriend was let go as a nightclub partner after their arrests in a vehicle that police claim smelled like marijuana. Sources say that Hilton has been banned from many of the resorts there now. The source also says that the moves come after Paris was arrested Friday for the investigation of cocaine possession. She was arrested inside one of the resorts when she reached inside her handbag to get lip balm and the arresting officer seen the small bag of cocaine.
The celebrity is scheduled for arraignment in October and if she is convicted could face probation. This seems like a slap on the wrist to some individuals. Especially if the cocaine was in fact hers. Her boyfriend spent a night in jail although Paris was released. The arresting police officers heard Paris claiming that the handbag was not hers however she did reach into the bag to get something out. This all sounds very suspicious and doesn’t look to good for the socialite.
If she had it to do all over, she would probably have taken a limousine instead of having her boyfriend drive while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. When the motorcycle officer pulled them over the smell of marijuana and the butt of what looked like a joint was found inside the vehicle. None of the people in the vehicle admitted to doing anything illegal and when the time comes if convicted the judge should pass sentencing as if they were not Hollywood stars or socialite celebrities. Some fans of Paris Hilton tweeted that if the cocaine was hers she should pay the price and not get out of it that easy. Neither should the boyfriend if he was in fact high and driving a car.
