No Plea Bargain For Jacksons Doctor

According to sources there will be no plea bargain when it comes to the case of his doctor. Conrad, Michael’s doctor won’t be able to get any type of plea bargain in the involuntary manslaughter case. The case against him shows that it is complicated because the doctor didn’t follow protocol and took it upon himself to medicate Michael and tend to his medical needs through drugs, as well as sedatives and medication that should have only been used in hospitals. Dosages, and drugs cause complex situations when the doctor knew he was doing wrong. And, a witness claims during the time the doctor was somewhat giving him CPR he was also collecting drug vials knowing things were going wrong and this shows a sign of being guilty. And things are already beginning to surface publicly about Dr. Murray.

The autopsy report found Michael Jackson died from an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol. Speaking for himself the doctor said he used the drug and other sedatives to help Michael Jackson get to sleep. However this is medication that should only be used in hospitals. And records show that the doctor left Michael’s side at least three times to make phone calls. In truth, the doctor shouldn’t have left Michael’s side at all during this time. Murray however maintains his innocence even with all the evidence coming out in public. An attorney for Murray claims that any medication the doctor gave Michael shouldn’t have killed him. Although he gave the authorities a different version of what happened in a police report.

The medication that should only have been used in hospitals is the main cause of Michael’s death and it is publicly known. The district attorney is going to prove this calling it “gross negligence” and to say it was reckless to use it in a private home. Regardless of the outcome of what the prosecutors present, he guaranteed there will be no plea bargain.
