One of Nicolas cage’s son is realizing his father is an actor and a famous movie star at that. He has started to call his dad Nicolas from time to time and the actor also has a teenage son who looks at him like a star instead of a father.
Sources say Nicolas is constantly telling them I am daddy. And sometimes that works; other times not so good. While the star has to attempt to give his home and family a sense of being normal, there are times when that is just not possible. He claimed he couldn’t speak for every actor but he stays busy when he isn’t acting being a father and trying to let his kids know he is the dad. Recently the movie came out the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, and Cage knows if his kids see it they would love it, however they will start calling him by his name again and not father or dad.
In his situation, he says it is not at all easy to get his kids to realize that he is just an actor on the big screen but a normal dad at home. Although there are periods of time that they do call him dad. This is when Nicolas Cage knows they know who he is, they are just doing it or his little one gets confused and doesn’t understand right now. He believes his teenager does it just to be funny. Nicolas Cage has been in several movies and there’s nothing wrong with his children being proud of him. Being called by his first name gets to Cage on occasion but it also lets him know that his children watch his movies and know that its their dad up there on the big screen doing the acting and making the movies with his friends.
