According to sources Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are ready to break their silence for the first time. In a new interview with sources they confirmed they are expecting their first child together. They also told sources that the new arrival should be here in the spring. They never did give an exact month.
They claimed it has been difficult trying to hang onto their privacy but the rumors and speculation that has been going around they had no choice but for the truth to be revealed. They talked about this being a very long journey to become parents. In the interview to additional sources they talked about the terrifying miscarriage they experienced not two years ago. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon revealed they were getting ready to friends and family the good news that they were expecting over the holidays back at that time, when they found out she was no longer pregnant.
They told sources it shook them both into a place that was really dark and difficult. She said it was a devastating miscarriage . When it happened Mariah was unable to talk to anyone about the incident. After the miscarriage, Nick said that the experience made them stronger as a couple and he admires Mariah’s strength.
Now that the word is out, they plan on celebrating with friends and family. They have names picked out too. The greatest gift on earth is a child, and they hope this goes well. Mariah Carey has a new CD that should be coming out in November of this year. Congratulations to the parents to be.
