Sources say that Lindsay is now doing her 90 day jail sentence. This will be a new phase of punishment for drug and alcohol cases filed this year. And something she has never been through before.
After jail she has to go into rehab as well, and the mean girls star isn’t ready for the time that is fast approaching. After that she will be on probation. At 24 years old she finally broke down at the sentencing that the judge passed. She will spend time in jail. Her lawyer has resigned from the case claiming that Lohan won’t listen to anything that he tells her. Lindsay has been in the media for quite some time, months in fact for several different offenses. And every time the judge ordered her to do something she either blew it off or just didn’t heed what the judge told her to do.
According to her tweets on twitter she doesn’t know what she is going to do being incarcerated. She only spent eighty four minutes in jail before and that was in 2006. This is going to be a lot different and the girl knows it. She is fast becoming a porn star however this is going to place all of that on hold if it even comes to pass now that she is in jail. The actress didn’t complete many of the things she was ordered to do such as going to alcohol education classes and other things of interest from judges. She wore an alcohol ankle bracelet for awhile and even that didn’t help her all that much.
There are many people who are hoping this will straighten her out and clean her up. Her fans are all behind her and loyal, they all want to see her get better and do her time, get out, and do the things she is supposed to do. This time she has no choice or option.
