Once again Lindsay Lohan has made it into the media. This time however, she might have wished she weren’t in the Hollywood news. According to sources she violated her probation and her party days could be coming to an end, if she goes to jail.
Sources are reporting that she was ordered to go to alcohol education classes and she has failed to do so. Although she claims she attends the classes, they are few and far between, and might not be enough to satisfy a judge. Irregular attendance isn’t going to school.
And yet, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney claims that no one is complaining about the hours she keeps or how many classes she does or doesn’t attend. However if you think about it why should it be their problem if she is in class or not; they aren’t responsible for her actions, she is.
However, it has been recognized that Lohan has missed several weeks of the classes and only seems to “show up” when she feels like it. In other words, they are looking for looking for loopholes to get through the ordeal. It has seemed to be a back and forth battle between the authorities.
This is all due to a DUI she received in 2007 and doesn’t seem to care that there are consequences to our actions. And Lindsay Lohan is no exception to the rule. She will find that out when the judge decides that fines aren’t going to teach this young lady a lesson and sentences her to do a bit of jail time.
