It seems that E trade isn’t playing when it comes to a privacy lawsuit filed by Lindsay Lohan. This lawsuit is all over the milk-aholic baby who has the same name as the actress. Lawyers for E Trade have filed a lot of paperwork in a court in New York related to Lohan’s lawsuit. She claims the company used her personality and that the ads are causing injury to the actress.
The paperwork accordingly filed by E Trade include information about the actress making drug troubles, fights in bars, and the DWI arrests. They also have papers that quote a host of postings from commentators online which hit the actress. One post claimed Linsay Lohan was a lazy, irresponsible, pot stirring, disrespectful, little drama queen. That’s not going to help her case.
On the other hand Lohan’s lawyer stated that they were going to attempt to have the paperwork dismissed. And they would fight the venue change. The question is does she even have a case? It would be Lindsay Lohan who is in the media again for some lawsuit against a huge company.
It will be something to see how this one turns out. If she will win the hundred million dollar lawsuit she has against E Trade. That’s a lot for a baby on a television commercial don’t you think? How are they going to prove that is was her they were targeting in the first place? The lawyer for Lohan has got their work cut out for them, there’s not a lot going for her. And yet, E Trade is ready as if to say bring it on. I don’t think Lindsay Lohan is going to win this one. Not for a hundred million dollar lawsuit.
